For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At CAUSAL FOUNDRY SPAIN SL, we process data for the research, development, and commercialization of software solutions and tools for the medical and healthcare sector based on the use of artificial intelligence technologies. No automated decisions will be made based on such profiling.

How long will we retain your data?

The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the business relationship remains in force, until the data subject requests its deletion, or for the legally established period.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the service provision agreement entered into by the parties or, failing that, the consent requested from you.

To whom will your data be disclosed?

Data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required.

The company has contracted cloud storage services through Google Drive and Notion, whose legitimacy is based on standard contractual clauses, adherence to the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Code of Conduct, and/or compliance with ISO 27018 regarding cloud privacy and compliance with Data Protection regulations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.
